Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens after the 15-day trial?
Your first month is charged at sign-up, and your 15-day trial runs on top of it — completely free. That means you get 46 days of access before your first renewal. For example, if you start on 1 June 2026, your subscription renews on 15 July 2026 — not 1 July. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date and you won't be charged again.
Are add-ons billed monthly or annually?
Add-ons follow the same billing cycle as your base plan. If you're on annual billing, add-ons are invoiced annually at the same rate.
What counts as a "debtor"?
A debtor is any contact with at least one active or historical case in your account. Closed and archived cases still count toward your limit.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Monthly plans have no minimum commitment — cancel any time. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months with a 2-month discount included.
Do Agency plans include white-label for all clients?
Agency Pro includes white-label as a base feature. Agency Enterprise includes it for every client portal by default with no additional charge.
