By accessing or using the Récolta Collections Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Récolta provides a cloud-based debt-collection and receivables-management platform on a subscription basis. Features vary by plan; refer to the current pricing page for details.
You agree not to use the Service to process data unlawfully, to transmit malicious code, or to violate any applicable law, including GDPR and Belgian consumer-credit regulations.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. All prices are exclusive of Belgian VAT (21%). Invoices are issued on the first business day of each billing period.
All software, designs, and content within the Service remain the exclusive property of Récolta Collections SRL. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Récolta's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
